McDonald's Lenteng Agung — Restaurant in Jakarta

So, this was the first time I went to McDonald's Lenteng Agung, and it was a drive through. The service wasn't responsive and they told to wait before they could take my orders. They finally were ready to take my orders after about a three minute wait. As they were taking my orders, I reminded them of the free menu I could get because I have my drive through sticker. Also reminded them about the prize drawing for my Pahe upsize. Orders taken and again they told me to wait for the orders to be ready. When my orders are finally handed, I didn't get my free menu and the prize drawing. I asked for them to waiter which he then responded with, in my opinion, an inappropriate tone of voice that he will fetch them. He returned almost instantly with the free menu and a small bottle of soda which he said that it was prize drawn. It was confusing because according to what I know, this kind of prize should be drawn by the customer not the staff. And they did it without the customer witnessing the process. It is clean and serving with a good health protocol. I just complaining about the coffee, it was early in the morning, I ordered 2 hot coffees with milk and they served it to us 2 not hot coffees with milk. It is not delightfull, and when I asked why the coffees are not hot they answered it like this : "because the milk is cold" and they dont have hot milk , it doesnt make sense for me. But at least they try to change it with another coffee and it is hot. Another thing that bothered me in my last visit is the employee that day was so noisy, they talking to loud from the kitchen and putting the kitchen appliances in a hard way so its making a loud noise. It is not comfortable hearing that thing while eating there. Maybe who's in charge or from the McDonald should auditing this branch and make it right again, so the customer fill...

Large resto space as well as parking lot. Location is near Lenteng Agung Train Station, many commuters often come here before or after taking the trains. The service is quite fast, but as this place often very crowded you may need to queue first before ordering. It has toilet, kids playground, prayer room (musholla), indoor space for non smokers with aircon, and outdoor space for smokers.
