Trully very very very very very DISAPPOINTED! Today Saturday 4 january 2025 MORNING at 7-9 AM i order mushroom truffle toast , BEFORE i order, i already make sure there’s no onions garlic or etc because i have allergy for those ingredients, thanks God my sister try first the food that i order, waiters say only the pesto sauce contains garlic oil, then i say separate it. When the food come the white sauce contains onion or garlic, when i ask the waiter, “is this contain onion or garlic? Because i think there contains those ingredients.. “ then he say “ let me ask the kitchen” … “oh yes, there is onion ( or garlic i forgot )”.. then i say so just take out this. Not long ago, the waiters come again, then say we don’t have take out sistem, we only can give you complementary discount 10%. I was like …………:… ???? I have to pay for food that i cannot eat ( which is i already confirm theres no o/g but there still in the food ) yet, discount only 10%. I’d rather get that take out bro. You say you don’t have sistem for take out, BUT YOU HAVE SISTEM FOR EMPLOYEE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE?? Really not responsible. I will Never ever come here again. Disappointed. Food is not bad, ambience is ok. But the RESPONSIBILITY is zonk! See ?? My bill?? I have to pay IDR 108k discount 20k.. lol so lol .. NEVER come again....
