Club de Arjuna — Local services in Jakarta

If this place isn’t close to where I live, I probably won’t keep coming back. Nothing wrong with the equipment or facility, it’s the service that continues to disappoint.

These are my experiences during multiple visits in the past month: Parking people pushed my car (parallel parked because lot was full) until it hit the car in front. And then proceeded to self defend that nothing is scratched or dented anyway. Saw another car parked nearby in the same position, pressed against another car in front of it. Another car has drink cups placed on it like it’s a warung table.

Slow payment for food and drinks. Asked to pay multiple times, no one came. When they did come (I have even finished changing clothes), it took them forever to operate the EDC 🫠

Slow service at the cashier to book bays! Long queues and often only 1 cashier opened. Spent 15 mins today just waiting in line, only to be cut by a couple of kids getting into the vip room. Yes, apparently if you are using the vip room, they will open another cashier for you and you get to cut the existing long queue. Nice right?

Booked a bay near the ladies changing room intentionally (asked the cashier staff for that particularly AVAILABLE bay), only to find it still being used. And no apologies or explanation from the staff for this, they just told me to go to another bay as if I was the one who got it wrong, then just ignored me, a very confused customer.

Staff screaming through the walkie talkie that they prefer to help the vip room. After myself and another customer complained about being cut by vip kids, the staff asked their colleague to confirm whether several bays were available because there were many people still queueing. The colleague shouted that no, she was going to check on the vip and to just let someone else do it. Nice. Now we at least know that you gotta book the vip room to get proper service in this place.

Although it took them forever to get you in a bay, they are very quick to clean up and get you out of there. Was still in a bay at 10PM ish (they close at 11) to finish my meal and reply some texts (other bays next to mine were still occupied), when someone came over to pack up my two clubs and then the cleaning service brought a huge vacum cleaner and started vacuuming right next to my table. I confirmed that I was the last using that bay so why these passive aggressive efforts to get me to leave quickly?

I prefer the Range PIK although pricier but service is polite and great, facilities also cleaner and you can tell the staff when you’re ready to start, so you will have time to warm...

Terrible experience at Arjuna Driving Range. We rented a golf club, and on the very first swing, the head flew right off. When we asked for a replacement, the staff demanded 50k IDR—as if it was our fault their equipment is literally falling apart. We told them to also check the cameras when he accused us for being the ones that broke the club. We told him we’d only used it once and that this was clearly due to poor maintenance on their part. It wasn’t even about the money—it was the principle. After reluctantly paying, he asked if we wanted another club… like hello? What are we supposed to play with, a stick? Also shady: no receipt given, even though we suspect he just pocketed the cash. And despite the fact that we had paid for the club rental by card, suddenly for the damage he would only accept cash. Make it make sense. Unprofessional, poorly managed, and just a bad vibe overall. Would not recommend. I wish i could give it 0...

saya baru belajar golf 2 bulan, dan saya akan memberi review untuk driving zone club de arjuna ini.

Tempat : 9,8/10 • Bay (tempat mukul bola) : tempat sangat nyaman, ada 2 lantai untuk spot driving, dan juga ada vip dan vvip room, sangat friendly untuk pemula atau yang sekedar iseng mau cobain golf driving, setiap bay ada sofa L cukup muat 6-8 orang.

• Kamar mandi : lengkap, bersih, nyaman. tersedia shower juga yang bisa digunakan untuk mandi

• Lobby & Waiting area : Luas dan nyaman. untuk yang baru pertama kali main bisa langsung cek in di kasir yang berada dekat dengan lobby & waiting area, jika waiting list bisa menunggu di waiting area dan akan dipanggil nama satu persatu dengan pengeras suara, kemudian akan diarahkan ke bay yang kosong. di waiting area menurut pengalaman saya 8 kali main disini, selalu ada live music.

• Parkir : cukup luas untuk mobil dan sangat memadahi untuk parkir motor

• FnB Area : disini juga ada banyak pilihan tenant FnB, ada beberapa Cafe dan juga restoran, jadi tidak hanya untuk main golf saja, namun juga bisa untuk hangout yang hanya ingin nongkrong di cafe saja dengan view lapangan golf

• Golf Shop : disini juga ada beberapa golf shop, untuk yang ingin membeli perlengkapan golf

Service : 10/10 • Caddy : ada caddy yang akan membawakan golf bag anda menuju bay, namun untuk detail fee caddy jujur saya kurang paham

• Sewa Stick : untuk pemula yang tidak punya stick golf, bisa sewa stick golf disini, harga sewa 50rb selama saya pernah bermain disini, pilihan stick cukup lengkap, ada iron & wood, ada stick reguler, ladies bahkan untuk kids, namun selama saya bermain disini, saya tidak pernah melihat ada stick driver untuk disewakan (mungkin sudah disewa orang lain jadi stock kosong)

• Team club de arjuna : kalian akan sangat terbantu dengan pegawai” disini mulai dari lobby hingga ke bay selalu ada pegawai” dari club de arjuna ini, jadi jika mengalami kesulitan atau ada hal yang ingin ditanyakan bisa langsung ke mereka

Harga : 9.5/10 untuk harga satu jam drive range 150K week days dan 175K weekend, untuk vip dan vvip kurang tahu, kalian bisa cek di instagran...
