Shukaku Shabu, BBQ & Agemono — Restaurant in Jakarta

Ambience itself is really great! But would be much better if the exhaust fan are turned on.. (too much smokes going on in the room)

The services are top notch!! Couldn’t ask for more! mr.Zainal was super helpful by offering to grill the meat for us and the result was amazinggThe staffs are nice and knowledgeable about the products too!

The food was okay! The meat platter was really nice and pretty 🤍 When the staff grilling for us was awesome! Some of them still got burned but other than that all are great! Not fond of the sliced ribs tho, still prefer the chunky huge tender ribs rather than thinly sliced fatty ribs.. US PRIME sliced meat, wagyu and karubi are the best for me! Not really like the saikoro but it was acceptable :) The pasta and sushi are not recommended just don’t.. and the katsu meat was kinda raw even tho the crisps are good lol

Oh they offer a new menu tulang muda thing yang kaya biasa di bakso gtu.. the concept is great for the soup! But sadly it was huge and hard to chew, preferably cook it for about 1-2days before served.. and chop them into small pieces.. so it will be soft and eatable..

The DESSERT! Almost forgotten, the fruits are fresh but the desserts are TOO SWEET omg..

Overall I need to think about my cholesterol and...

I was visited this place around Ramadhan for iftar. The place was quite big enough.

The food was good enough, I really like the Shabu soup, really resfreshing taste. They had so many sauce and also they provide the Takjil menu such as bubur sumsum, mendoan, es campur. So if you are visit this place around ramadhan, do not hesitate because they have the menu.

Unfortunately, since I came around Iftar break, the ambience quite crowded, the service sometimes quite slow. I understand, It because the iftar time, but thank you so much for the guy waiter with a bulking body, which I dont remember his name. But he really fast like a rocket haha.

And there is also some incident but they gave me and my colleagues a compliment food.

Last but not least, they have quite complete for the facilities, they have parking lot, mosque, and toilet. But for the mosque, since this is the BBQ resturant, the smoke was come inside the mosque. And make my eyes watery haha.

Also the parking lot was not really big, so yeah if you come for iftar, it will be hard to find the parking lot.

Overall if you want to eat in here, I am recommend you to come not in...

I just love this place! The ultimate AYCE experience, you can find here! Apa yang mau dicari dari all you can eat? BBQ? Shabu? Agemono? Makanan jadi? Dessert? Minuman? Semuanya ada disini!

I love the agemono station. Pokoknya gw suka semua wujud gorengan! Yes disini ada agemono alias fried dishes yang bisa kita bikin sendiri. Di meja kita ada kompor deep fry-nya guisse!

Disini udah disediain tepung basah dan tepung rotinya. Terus tinggal pilih item yang mau kita goreng. Celup ke adonan basah, terus ke tepung roti, terus goreng.

Disini gw paling suka gorengan labu sama bawang bombay. Bisa bikin tempura ala² gitu. Labu goreng tepung is a bomb! Manis gurih gitu jadinya. Dimana lagi bisa AYCE bikin gorengan labu sendiri 😍

Disini juga ada station item buat bikin dipping sauce. Banyakkk itemnya kayak mayones, shoyu, bawang putih, bawang putih goreng, daun bawang, seledri, cabe rawit, lobak parut, saus sambal. Buat agemono gw sarankan dipping pakai mayones, dikasih bawang dan cabe rawit 😍

So many items for shabu and BBQ we can enjoy here! Ada bakso² olahan ikan kesukaan aku 😝 Macam² sayur. Jamur Enoki, jamur kuping, rumput laut.

Supnya gw pilih Japanese spicy dan kolagen. Kuahnya juga enak². Nggak membosankan kayak tomyam ala² yang biasa ditempat lain. Kalian kalau makan shabu kuahnya dimakan juga gak?

Buat grillnya tergantung paket. Makin mahal paketnya makin beragam daging yang bisa diminta. Salah satu yang gw suka, garlic karubi. Banyakkk banget bawangnya. I love garlic!

Jangan lupa buat bikin saus cocolannya. Buat BBQ gw bikin dipping pakai shoyu, bawang putih, lobak, cabe rawit, dan seledri. Totally awesome eating experience. Rasanya jadi gurih sedeppp. Pokoknya jangan lupa dipping!

Disini juga banyak hidangan siap makan yang bisa dipesan sambil nunggu bbq kita matang. Ada macam² sushi, kebab, pasta. Pastanya ambil sendiri yang kita mau apa. Misalnya fettuccini atau penne. Terus tambahin sosis, terus order mau dimasak apa. Bolognese atau Alfredo. Nanti diantar ke meja...

I love the service here. Tapi kasian juga. Jadinya waiternya sibuk terus nganterin pesanan. Belum pesanan dagingnya. Dan jadinya lumayan lama juga nunggu pesanan pasta atau kebabnya diantar. Padahal cuman ditumis gitu doang sih. Gw mending tungguin aja sebentar doang kok. Kasian sibuk mas²nya 🤣

Pojok minuman dan dessertnya super lengkap! They even have the Nescafé machine! Minumannya ada es teh, es teh manis, teh leci, teh lemon, jeruk, dan lemonade. Terus ada juga blackcurrant, kirain slushie kayak slurpee gitu, ternyata blackcurrant biasa...

Mesin Nescafé Alegria ada tujuh macam hot drinks yang bisa dipilih. Seru banget gak sih! Terus ada pojok es campur juga. Banyak condimentnya kayak semangka, selasih, alpukat, nangka, cendol, dll. Terus kasih es batu dan susu pink manja itu. Such a treat!

Dessertnya ada macam² kue, cake yang lucu². Ada es krim juga pastinya. Ini sih yang bikin pengen berlama² disini. Abis makan enaknya ngopi² dan nge-dessert 😍
