We have been looking for an arabian cuisine ever since our favorite Jdy Kbb close, and magically instagram just knows. Teras Regatta pop up in our IG. We decided to give it a go. During lunch time it is empty, perhaps because not a lot of people know about this place. The interior lived up to the arabian style, although some sofa kinda dirty and poorly maintain. The deck and fish pond along with the view of ocean definitely add a different vibe and experience while dining here. Service is okay, do not expect a 5 star excellent service, since not much can be done here. We do recommend not to drive alone here, since parking space is limited to resident (yes its in an apartment complex) we took 30 minutes just to get a parking, although the security are friendly and helpful, and access to restaurant need a access card, we even use stairs to go down at the end . I love the chicken and mixed herb rice, and presentation is beautiful in a large aesthetic bowl, chicken is juicy tender well seasoned, and herb rice is definitely one of the best along with the sauce. The price is okay as well The chai tea is worth to try as well, very strong with the spices , not a compatible drink if you had my dish. I dont recommend the kebab, since it's not well season and kinda hard to chew on. The side dish is okay, but not the beef . I would give this restaurant 5 star if its not because of the parking,...
Read moreLove this place. The menu are all so authentic. The best place to come is in the afternoon, near the sunset.
I ordered: Dajaj Mashwi with Mandi Rice: it's like Kebuli Rice but it is specialty with Mediteranian vibes. They mix yoghurt and Mediteranian's spices. It's yummy, the portion was not big as well.
Shawarma Beef with Tahini Sauce: basically it is tortilla with smoked beef inside. But it was super mind blowing, they used spices and yoghurt (again).
Fatayer Spinach & Cream Cheese: well it is Lebanese bread. It was okay. But pretty much standard baked bread and it is so crispy.
Chai Masala: it is like Chai Latte Tea. So lovely! I love it, and want to buy some. Anyway, it is tea with some spices. Really recommended to order it hot.
Babusa: dessert, after all those full main course, Babusa is not really that lite. Quite compact and full. I could say it is like ordinary cake with maple sauce.
Overall it is such a great experience to eat Mediteranian Food. The ambience here was great, however the service was not that good, some of the waiters didn't know what to recommend and quiet slow. The access here was easy as well, even tho quite confusing since it is inside...
Read moreYuhuuuu this was my 2nd visit and the food has never once let me down, at least from the view they offer. Their price makes a lot of sense as in it's not that expensive considering the location of the restaurant. They dont have an extensive menu but what they have is simple & comforting.
I especially love their baba ghanoush, hummus and their bread. The bread is soft and fluffy and best eaten warm (and they served it fresh from the oven; I think!). The rice which I forgot what the name was however this time was underwhelming, there were some dry rice which was not pleasant to eat and also the raisins were too dry. The chicken was smaller this time, it used to be half chicken but yesterday it was only chicken breast.
Ok so this is a really great place to chill, with breezy air and an open space. You might need to reserve for peak moments such as around 5 pm. Definitely get yourself an outdoor seat. The staffs were really nice, they were accommodating and would pick you up from the lobby (you're gonna need an access card to get there).
Free parking; but need to leave your ID! I honestly would just came here to hang and enjoy the view. I truly recommend...
