Disappointing Experience at Bebek Kaleyo Grand Wisata Bekasi
My previous experiences at other Bebek Kaleyo branches have always been positive, marked by delicious and flavorful dishes. However, my recent visit to Bebek Kaleyo Grand Wisata Bekasi was a stark contrast and left me thoroughly disappointed.
To my dismay, the food served tasted as if it had gone bad. It was an unpleasant experience, to say the least, and completely unlike the quality I've come to expect from Bebek Kaleyo. I was particularly taken aback that a restaurant could serve such a dish to a customer, raising serious questions about their kitchen quality control and food safety standards. Shouldn't there be a check in the kitchen before meals are sent out to patrons?
Serving food that tastes spoiled is unacceptable and goes beyond just a matter of unpleasant taste – it's a concern for food safety. This experience has unfortunately tarnished my view of the Bebek Kaleyo brand. I sincerely hope that the management at the Grand Wisata Bekasi branch takes this feedback seriously and implements immediate improvements to their food preparation and serving processes to prevent other customers from having a similar...

Untuk protokol kesehatan termasuk baik ya menurut saya, termasuk di ruang non smoking. Terakhir saya kesana memang lagi padat, dan entah kenapa banyak meja yang tidak diberi jarak. Satu hal yang membekas dari kunjungan terakhir adalah pelayanannya. Biasanya kalau sekeluarga makan disana memang di ruang non-smoking, jadi terasa cepat dan sigapnya. Pas makan di area terbuka memang masih sama cepatnya. Tapi ada satu pelayan yang bekerjanya kurang terkoordinir, jadi ada beberapa pelanggan yang terabaikan dan makanannya sangat amat telat (kami selesai makan baru diantarkan makanannya, padahal kami datang setelah beberapa orang yang sudah memesan). Entah karna kejar target atau mungkin lupa. Tapi kurang profesional aja nge delay pesanan sebanyak itu, padahal makanan udah terlihat ready di antar, pelayannya masih sibuk nyatet pesenan 😅 (Yang ngelakuin ini cuma satu orang padahal, pelayan yang lain udah gercep banget, tapi karna meja yang dia catet pesenannya banyak yang belom nyampe makanannya, jadi bikin suasana ngga enak aja gitu saling tatap iri-iri an 🙃) Please fix that attitude 🙏 (for anyone) Karna kejadian ini jadinya...
