Matsuriya Restaurant — Restaurant in Kabupaten Bekasi

Went to Matsuriya during dinner in Ramadan month for a visit in Lippo Cikarang. I didn't book a place, didnt expect a busy crowd, it appears that the place is insanely crowded. The service got so bad, that I need to do self-service - take my own menu, grab my own cutleries and plates, grab my own tumbler to refill my tea, only because I've been asking it for more than 3 times and nobody was getting it dor me.

The waiters were so overwhelmed, and they forgot one of my orders that I need to cancel at last.

Food is very good though, good chicken karage and very fresh salmon sashimi. Not sure if the service has always been bad or its only because of Ramadan month. I will only come back if the service...

After a morning cycling agenda and factory visit, we go to this japanese restaurant that been recommended.

We are the first customer to enter cause it is just around 11:30 am.

We order Pork Curry Bento, Saikoro Beef Steak lunch set and some salmon and octopus sashimi.

For drinks we order hot ocha and Beer.

The Pork Curry bento taste great and it is with a big rice portion. The Saikoro beef taste just ok and the beef portion is rather small.

The sahshimi is fresh and the portion is just ok.

Service was really good.

The place actually not on the main road, nested in a golf driving range and a massage parlour.

Good place for meal. I come here at least once or twice a month.

Service is good overall. Place is generally quite clean. Food quality is fairly good - one of the acceptable places for Japanese food in the area. Price is fair for the quality and portion. Location is good - easy to get to by avoiding traffic. The golf range is a big plus for those who like it. There is even a food relexy spa at the ground floor.

Overall is a good location for food and resting.

Some customers may not like this place due to the tobacco smoke since everyone is allowed to smoke everywhere..... maybe you worried about your kids....

I still hoping and waiting for them to have a proper smoking...
