GADING 889 CHINESE FOOD — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

Crab specialty restaurant that presents a better cooking on any crab but is lacking on the non-crab.

When we came, its already almost 8 PM, so they were running out of its bigger crabs.

Kepiting Asam Manis (Sweet sour crab) 9/10, good combination of sauce;

Kepiting Pedas Singapore (Singaporean chili crab) 8/10, not that hot and wishing the size is bigger.

Cumi Goreng Tepung (fried squid) 6/10, ordinary;

Cipir 3 rasa (stir fried winged bean) 7/10 potential menu to be offered;

Fuyunghai Kepiting (crab egg foo yung) 3/10, mostly flour, not good.

Menunya dilempar ke meja pertama datang. I have them the benefit of the doubt by thinking they were slipping outta hands but... Honestly one of the worst exp I've had cz we found cockroach remains on our food. Hands down I liked the taste of the food and even the condiments. However after finding out there pests in our food, I fled right away and vomited everything I've had right in the parking lot which located in front of the place. Luckily, they were responsible enough by asking us to just pay for the drinks. Won't come back...

Was there on Sunday 4pm, surprisingly, the first floor was full. waited for 45 min for the food to be ready, but didn’t disappoint us. We ordered : samchan garlic, but more garlic than the samchan itself, tıpan tahu, sapo talas kepala ikan kakap kuah putih all good , udang mayo (forgot to take pict), a bit too much of the coating, and the best one was the fried beehoon with crab.
