Please train your coffee maker guy properly. I order Americano and want a little milk on it and he told me it's caffe latte, day 1- I still correct him nicely but day 2, he became worst, same comment! I wouldn't mind if have to pay extra for the milk but I can't accept his rudeness. Every customer has their own preference coffee, but as the staff, if you dont know the difference type of coffee, you should learn before you lecture somebody. In the end, I wrote to him how to make latte and passed the letter to the manager. Hope they can improve...

Pengalaman saya di sini sungguh mengecewakan, saya di sini seperti di lihat sebelah mata oleh pelayan. Ada point tertentu yang buat saya merasa J.Co Karawaci yang membuat saya sakit hati. Pada saat saya pertama datang, ada karyawan cowo yang langsung melirik saya dari atas hingga bawah. Kasir nya, SUPER DUPER JUTEK DAN TIDAK RAMAH. Kenapa? Saat saya mencoba untuk berfikir positif, tapi ekspetasi saya di jatuhkan. Tidak adanya senyum dan cenderung masa bodo. Etika saat memberikan uang kembalian langsung di taro di display dan dia pergi. Karyawan yang ada di aliena pertama, itu kurang sigap, mohon maaf. Pada pesanan saya siap, dia tidak memanggil atau mengantar nya. Dia hanya menatap saya, baru pada saat saya tatap balik, dia baru memanggil nama saya dan itupun pesanan saya kurang satu, yaitu cake. Kebersihan tempat.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan service di J.Co Supermall Karawaci ini, saya langganan J.co karena saya tahu bagaimana J.co. Mood saya langsung hancur saat saya tahu pelayanan di sini jelek. Untuk store manager, lebih memperhatikan kondisi karyawan dan sekitarnya. Terimakasih, semoga saat saya ke sana lagi, ada perubahan untuk J.co Cab. Supermall...
