Walao-Eh Restaurant — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

At first this place is kinda my favorite but there are downsides as below: Service takes too much time especially when the restaurant is half full Price could be deceiving. Some menu does offer value for money while other is a complete rip off Menu is very impractical and cumbersome. It's understandable that they did it as part of their concept but handling a gigantic menu as large as the table isn't convenient Low quality chicken meat - fatty, oily (as you expect from ricebowl related franchise)

The good: Large portion on everything, rice package, choco milk (milo), tea, all in very large portion, looks good right? Wait till you see some menu with large portion and have nothing but noodle, coconut milk broth, tofu skin and bean sprouts at 60k+ price tag. But huge portion is still a good point in my opinion Payment option is a lot and they have regular coupons on various payment vendors in Indonesia Coffee is decent but the price could be better. I became cupacoffee customer back in 2012ish so I have not much complain with their coffee, they're not outstanding but not horrible either. I think most of the people are questioning, what kind of place or restaurant is this, especially with the uncommon name it has. Yesterday I finally came here and turned out its a very nice restaurant.

It is located in Dwiputra Office Building, just across Atria Hotel. Its very spacious and cozy. It has indoor and outdoor area. 2 large screens showing TV show and option of high table with high chair. Good place to hang out with family or friend.

In terms of food, price are very reasonable just like in the restaurant in shopping mall, and I was had 40% food discount from my GSM provider so it became even cheaper.

Unexpectedly, taste of the food was also great, it serve mostly asian with some western menu. You have to try the T-Rex Milo. Milo lovers will love it so much. Portion was so big that you can share it with 3 or 4 peoples.

I was having dinner with my family, so we were order mostly chinese food. They also serve several dimsum menu here. Gyoza was great.

A restaurant - the same group with Rice bowl; so the food tasted okay. But... OmG... how is that on service hour (dinner @7pm) the rice ran out, and it wasn't even packed with customers. We waited almost an hour for food and rice.. uugh...

Definitely understaffed. But, i must say the place is very spacious. So under covid circumstances it is recommended esspecialy when ur bringing elderly/small kids like myself.
