Acta Brasserie Summarecon Serpong — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

I booked a Private Room, with a minimum charge of IDR 2 mio. My total spending was IDR 3 mio and received a very poor service here. You guys spammed me with WA confirmations 3x on the D-day to ensure my arrival. My expectation was high for Acta Gading Serpong, especially because the staff has been repeatedly sent WA message just to confirm my arrival. 3.My RSVP was at 4 pm, and I arrived early at the Private Room at 3.47 pm, but I still got a message on WA to confirm whether I would come to the restaurant or not! This means the staff isn't checking properly and constantly bombarding me with spam! One of the main courses didn't come out for more than 1 hour. I called the waiters who were passing by in front of the Private Room, they all said "yes" but they didn't come immediately. Waiters handed over responsibilities to each other (ping-pong). Every time the waiter and waitress came, they were only answered "okay, I'll check in the kitchen, BUT THEY DIDN'T COME BACK to me again to update the status of the menu I ordered." I had to go out from the private room again to look for the staff but I received a template answer from them "I WILL CHECK TO THE KITCHEN" ... BUT NO ONE CAME BACK TO ME to update the status of my order. I was really upset because I was left waiting for 1 hour for no clear answer! I asked them to go back and checked PROPERLY in the kitchen and finally they came back to me for the status of my order and turned out that my order had not been COOKED / PREPARED IN THE KITCHEN.... after 1 hour!!!!!!!! The customers in the resto were not that busy when we came, but the staffs still couldn't manage it. This is not the first time I came to an expensive restaurant. However, the price I paid was not worth the experience I received. My family and I will not return to Acta Gading...

Food rating is subjective only, but the descriptive experience is as follows: Truffle mushroom fettuccine: for me it's decent, price is ok-ish but not on the lower end (under 150k), the pasta is great, no overpowering seasoning, all were balanced, presentation is ok Chicken Cordon Bleu: tbh nothing special, but the sauce is good but on the tiny drip side, I can say the ingredients they used seem to be high quality. The batter is too thick. Coleslaw exists but also too few, which reduce the fun and balance of Cordon Bleu. Mash potato is ok.

Lemon lime bitter, I'm not new to lemon lime bitters and this is the not so common lemon lime bitters, maybe they're not using angostura but hey the taste is oke, not marvelous but ok. A bit more toward lemon lime squash without the soda

Tripple blend berry smoothie, this is good, not too sweet, creamy, yoghurt were not really present in my case.

The staff were helpful, friendly, reactive, responsive, and polite.
