Batu Suki Restaurant — Restaurant in Kota Batu

The food eventually came out right despite the major misunderstanding with the waitress.

We are vegetarian and we expect some difficulties when ordering. We also can tolerate when they make our dish with chicken, so we send them back. Twice. Still tolerated. One of the noodle came with chicken and got sent back to us same with chicken aroma, they just manually remove the chicken. Not cool.

The only reason this place get poor star is because I sense there is a major attitude. The waiter I was talking to just ignore me and walk away. I have to really call her back and look her in the eye to explain what I want. They were very ignorant and not attentive to the order. Heck I bet they don’t have proper training and the word “vegetarian” to them may sound like a hi tech / pharmaceutical term.

They seem understaff too, because it is hard to find anyone. Food took too long to be served. Such a big place. The atmosphere is good tho,...

food can barely be tasted. Only few is quite a okay, but compared to the price, this would never be in my list anymore. Instant noodles is way better again for the food, it took quite long even tho we are the only customers here. I wonder if they're keeping it fresh by going to buy the ingredients first after we ordered waiter and waitress looks annoyed for no reason(?) But hey at least they tried... I guess flies everywhere, in our food and beverages as well. We even needed to ask for candles first hot. Simply hot. Going outside the restaurant after eating feels breezy compared to inside the restaurant. Maybe try opening all the windows and let the nature do the job, or at least...

We used to came to this place much, the soup were delicious, but ever since the hotel open the restaurant have been declining in the matter of services and the food. Friday night we came, and the parking lot is empty as hell, we decided to try, but the waiters is VERY RUDE, That chinese looking middle aged woman, i did not spent about 350k rupiah for dinner with 6 people and have very rude waiterss came at our table and throwing tantrum, hello, we re paying for our money not stealing it, definietly...
