Overrated, overpriced.

If you're coming here for an authentic arabic meal, or perhaps a half decent meal you'd be better off going somewhere else, the hawkers a couple of meters away will be a far better choice than this sad attempt at arabic food.

Quality: 1.5/5 The unappetising pale kaspah rice tastes slightly better than how it looks but doesn't even use basmati rice. The lamb was tender but lacked any real flavour.

Portion: 2/5 The inadequate portion would make one think this restaurant serves only children.

Ambience: 2/5 The unappealing attempt at improving ambience is proven by their inability to differ which decor should be sold and which should be displayed.

Price: 1/5 For such a terrible excuse for an arabian restaurant you will be appalled to find that they also charge you an extortionate price. I had to pay 30k for my terrible experience so that you don't have to.

A Simple place to eat good authentic Arabian or Indonesia cuisine in Batu, Malang... The most famous amongst the menus is Kambing Oven or Oven-Baked Lamb... you must know when to eat in this place or you'll find no more place to sit because crowd with theirs customer... hehe I ate Nasi Campur Telur because i get too early came to the resto so the Kambing oven wasn't available yet... For me, the menu i was ordered has a big portion, affordable price only 15K IDR with a lot variation food in it.. Boiled egg and potato with traditional red sauce, sambal bajak, fried crunchy tempe/ tempe kering, coconut flake with traditional spice / serundeng, vegetables saute and fried noodle.... yummmms.... ! Chicken briyani 4/5 - love the chicken tight, the briyani rice taste sweet.

Chicken satay 5/5 - meat is so big in the skewer, n it taste exceptional

Mutton martabak 3/5 - not really the best for the taste, but portion wise is big enough for a family of 4.

I would rate this 3/5 tbh, but my wife really love the place n their mutton gulai, would like to try another menu, so 4/5 for now n will definitely comeback in the future since my...
