Genki Sushi Grand Galaxy Park — Restaurant in Kota Bekasi

It's been a while since my last visit to Genki Sushi GGP. But this time i'm disappointed at most.

It wasn't too crowded and we were seated beside the cashier. At first it was fine, but then i started to smell something. It smelled like pee. The smell wasn't strong but i can smell it couple of times. I tried to wipe the seat, hoping it would go away but it didn't.

So i have to eat with the smell of pee. The food was good but it really ruin the appetite. I really hope that the restaurant improve the cleanliness. Because not only i smelled pee, the floor was also kind of dirty (uder the table part)

To make this review better, i'd like to suggest Genki Sushi's Chicken Nanban. It is a proper chicken nanban with creamy omelete and quite generous rice....

The service very bad. Need to wait very long time (43minutes) for just a plate of Salmon Mentai Treasure Roll. We ask for refill ice ocha but have to ask for twice or more to be filled. The ocha powder should be given for hot ocha but again, we need to ask three times until it served. The waiters not warm at all. I paid half million for service like this. Very dissapoint and not recommended.

When you first come here you will be given a barcode by the staff which is scanned to order food, then the unique, order will be delivered to our table using the train. besides sushi there is also ramen and udon, there is dessert too. I tried the sushi which was pretty good, and for udon the portion wasn't too big, but the broth was delicious and fresh. and drink I ordered ocha, for ocha here it is not so good, like there is a taste of seaweed in it. for the price...
