Today i went with my girlfriend, we ordered 2 ramen which are Roasted Chicken Ramen and Beef Hot Ramen, also Fry Combo A for our side dishes. My girlfriend said that the Beef Hot Ramen is not salty enough. And when she complained, the staff offered us a new bowl. That's a good way to handle that kind of complain 👏. For the Roasted Chicken Ramen that i ordered, the egg isn't half boiled, but it's still acceptable. For me the ramen overall is quite good. They just need to maintain their consistency of the recipe. saya datang ke Gokana SMB, di serve oleh waiters laki-laki, lalu saya bilang untuk 1 orang, bisa dimana. lalu saya memutuskan duduk di area luar dekat area free snack / table 24.
saya sudah announce diawal akan tukar voucher grab dine-in Chicken Hot Ramen seharga 15K, lalu saya tanya ke waiters tersebut, lalu ia mengarahkan bisa langsung ke kasir untuk redeem, dan saya ada tambahan 1 buah minuman dan langsung bayar di kasir bersamaan penukaran reward grab dine-in.
lalu datanglah minuman dan makanan saya, selang saya menyelesaikan santapan makanan saya, saya lalu bergegas pergi keluar dari Gokana SMB mengarah ke pintu keluar mall atau ke arah Parkiran Motor SMB, tidak ada yg aneh, karena saya sudah bayar diawal.
Lalu selang saya sedang berjalan menuju Parkiran Motor SMB, dan sedang menelpon teman saya melalui ponsel, tiba tiba saya disamperin dari belakang yg ternyata dia adalah waiters laki-laki yg serve saya di Gokana SMB.
ia menanyakan, apakah kakak yg makan di Gokana?
saya jawab “iya”
langsung saya jawab lagi “saya sudah bayar”
katanya “maaf” lalu bergegas pergi.
apakah sopan seperti itu karyawan anda?
sebaiknya tanyakan dahulu kepada kasir lalu mengejar saya.
saya juga membayar secara FULL HARGA MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN SAYA!!

This restaurant located inside Summarecon Mal Bekasi and has many variations of delicious ramen and rice-set! The price is worthy. This is a casual place, recommended for quick-dining with your family and friends. The staff service is good. You can get a free welcome snack (usually crackers). This place is quite cozy, you can have reservations as well.
