The food here is so good and tasty. I order Lasagna, there is a lot of meat in the lasagna. The tomato sauce is good and not made me feel sick. It's very cheesy, i love it because it's cheesy and combine with the tomato sauce made it taste sooo good. The place is very cozy, small but comfortable. Huge disappointment. Ultah saya 17 Agustus, visit ke Nanny’s Summarecon Bekasi H+2, liat info di meja kalo bisa claim birthday pancake. Di awal udah dicek KTP, data nomor telepon, serta disuruh follow akun instagram Nanny’s.

Nunggu terus, sampai makanan habis, malah meja belakang full of aunties yg dapet cakenya. Bahkan sampai bayar bill aja TIDAK ADA satu staff pun yang nyamperin untuk kasih info atau minta maaf. Saya sengaja diemin aja, pengen lihat reaksi staff tp turns out i was putting too much hope for this branch.

No excuse, no apologies, sampe keluar resto pun nggak ada satu staff pun yang kasih informasi.

I know it was just a complimentary cake, and free tho. Tapi masa gitu ya? Semua staffs pura-pura bego dan gatau aja.

Please don’t come to this branch, choose the other branch, or jangan makan di Nannys’s Pavillon...
