Pizza Hut Restoran — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

This Pizza Hut double charged my AMEX card. I called to explain and said I have proof from my statement that I was charged twice and they refused to help me. They told me to just contact my bank and were rude. I asked if they could either refund one charge or add a second pizza to make up for the double charge but they refused.

Do not use your debit or credit card at this location. They will scam you for extra money and refuse to help you. I have never had a business be this rude and unwilling to help. Now I need to dispute the charge with Amex.

AVOID THIS LOCATION THEY WILL SCAM YOUR CARD AND REFUSE TO HELP. I have proof on my statement I was double charged yet still they wont help.

If this was a good business they would fix this rather that get a bad review but they don't care.

I recently visited Pizza Hut Jimbaran and ordered the Jamboree Pizza – it was a flavor party in one box! 🍕 The pizza is divided into 6 different flavor slices, so every bite was a surprise. Here’s what I got:

Beef Pepperoni – classic and full of flavor. Meat Lovers – loaded with beef, sausage, and chicken. Cheese Lovers – extra cheesy and creamy, simple but delicious. Chicken Lover – tender chicken pieces with rich seasoning. Tuna Melt – a tasty seafood option with a cheesy twist. BBQ Sausage – smoky and sweet with just the right kick.

The service was very bad at the take away section because I ordered first which was given priority to foreign tourists, after that the waiter and his friend complained to each other because they gave the wrong order, while I waited a very long time for that. and they didn't smile or say thank you or anything. Here I also buy using money and not begging at this restaurant.
