Ayam Tulang Lunak Malioboro — Restaurant in Kuta

Nice place, the restaurant on a side street, easy to find. There are lot of parking, car and motorcycle parking is available. Inside, the seating is nice. The place is clean, there is a sofa also if you want to sit on the couch. There is also air conditioning so that the place is very comfortable. When ordering food, the waiter is kind, friendly. But somehow the amount of food that comes is always changing, not the same as when we ordered the food before. But thankfully the waiter was friendly and quick to respond, so it was not a problem.

The food here is affordable price. For portion of chicken per piece from 20-30k IDR (Indonesian rupiah) For the portion of duck and fish cost about 50k IDR (Indonesian rupiah)

When the food came, the chickens we ordered were soft bones, so the bones were edible. It's so good. The drinks are also tasty, according to the price.

Ohya, the price of chicken / duck / fish does not include the rice. So if you want to eat rice, you must order first because the price is difference.

There are men's and women's toilets. The toilet is clean. There is a westafel and there is soap to clean your hands after eating and if I'm not wrong, the smell of the soap is jasmine (wow!) Miss the food here so much! I'm from Malaysia and this was actually the first place I was taken to eat right after landing in Bali. The food was super spicy (for me at least!) and I ended up with a bit of a stomachache the next day – my tummy just doesn’t handle spicy food very well 😅

But on my last day in Bali, I asked our supir to bring us back here because out of all the places I tried, this one felt the most comfortable. The food was really delicious, and the service was great too.

The chicken was huge – so satisfying and cooked to the bone! The sambal was spicyyyy but seriously tasty. They also have non-spicy options for those who can’t handle the heat. The price is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, it’s worth every cent for the taste and portion size.

If you’re in Bali, definitely give this place a try. Hope can come back again – I miss all the...

It's nearby the airport, we had lunch here twice as easier for the driver it is located otw to airport and it is halal certified. Chicken size was SMALL! 1st time we had half fried chicken with crispy flakes and tofu omellete with sweet sauce.. when the chicken arrived we were shocked to see how small it was, but it tasted quite good - we were hungry anyway. The tofu..we don't really like it, it contained peanut the sause something like rojak buah's gravy. Otw back to airport our driver brought us here again and this time we ordered whole Fried Chicken Topped with Salted Egg Sause and Tamarind soup. Frankly we prefer the chicken with cryspy flakes we had earlier. Food was ok only, nothing to shout about. Restaurant was clean though. Check out the photos for menu.
