I lived around here, It's been so many times I came here to have pastries and cakes however, I have no idea why it took so long to even process the takeaways of 1 Plain Croissant, 1 Raisin Danish and 1 Blueberry Cheese cake. The customers in front of me are also questioning why it is necessary to wait this long just to handle a male foreigner asking everything about the bread while everyone is lining up waiting and your staff was just doing what that male says. There are only 2 staff; 1 doing the cashier and handling the questionnaire about the bread from that foreigner and 1 doing the taking orders, serves and take aways. We were asked to go to the Market Cashier to proceed and mine can't go through due to no barcode being attached to it so they bring my stuff back to the bakery to ask for the code and again I'm waiting, so I have to go back to the bakery cashier just to pay there again (what a useless back and forth). I asked where I could actually pay and your staff responded with "Tadi kan saya sudah bilang tunggu". Well, your staff doesn't even have the willingness to say sorry for the inconvenience or even thank you for the purchase and now I even lost the appetite to eat your products.
These things happen not only once. One time I cancelled my will to buy your pastries just because the queue is so long due to foreigners from the restaurant in front of your bakery coming from a bus tour and discussing the payment methods, I mean like you can take a look at these situations and manage to get more staff on duty for every operational hours to prevent such things. One time I also had my dine in with an order of 1 Cappuccino and Croissant with Strawberry Cheesecake and it took forever to come meanwhile there is only around 3 tables occupied at the moment, most of the times there is only 2 staff in charge every shift on the front. My Strawberry Cheesecake is not even coming while it just takes an easy process to put it out from the display. So, I take 1 Spaghetti Brulee instead and ask to reheat it in the microwave and as it was, it took forever and I don't even have proper cutleries served because it is out of stock and I'm offered the plastic cutleries.
It is very unfortunate that you are losing a lot of purchase from the upcoming customer just because of your situations that happens often. If you are facing a lack of staffing and training please consider to fix it as soon as possible or you might lose so many customers ahead despite your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely disappointed. We went to 7 different places everyday and was extremely excited for this one but ended up be the worst. Such shame. We placed an order. 30 minutes later, it still hasnāt arrived. No-one knew what was going on. It wasnāt even busy. When we got our food, it was bad. Only ate it because we were hungry but for a French bakery, you expect the bread to be amazing. The almond croissant was also disappointing. It was like the custard filling was made from a packet and very artificial. The coffee was the only good thing we had. After all the back and forth of chasing our order, they wanted to charge us again for what we had already paid for. Luckily we had the receipt to prove that we already paid. Definitely wonāt be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen here for few times already because I love the breads, pastries, and cakes they sell, as well as the Es Kopi Caramelš„° A great place to spend me-time because the atmosphere is calm. Would love to visit again, to buy one of my favorite cakes, Artisan Vanilla Praline. Literally a must try!⤠No entrance fee, located in strategic area so it should be easy to find (not so far from Park23 Creative Hub). Not only buying pastries, breads and cakes, you can also do grocery shopping because the Baker's Corner is located right beside Pepito Market! Not even beside, they are in the same building so there is a direct access to go to the Baker's Corner from the...
