Bandar Tuna Tentara Pelajar — Restaurant in Makassar

I usually eat at Bandar Tuna Boulevard Street. This was my first visit to Bandar Tuna Tentara Pelajar. The restaurant is spacious and more similar to a coffee shop 🤭

Just like the name, Bandar Tuna specializes in tuna menus that vary from Asian and Western-style main and side dishes.

For this visit, I definitely can't miss my favorite Rahang Tuna Bakar (Grilled Tuna Jaw) with the head part. I love the savory and a bit spicy seasonings that are well combined with the soft tuna jaw. It's also served with 4 kinds of delicious sambal.

I also tried their tuna sashimi. This isn't a Japanese restaurant, but I was curious about this menu. So, they use local tuna that is cut thickly into 8 pieces, served with soy sauce and wasabi. The sashimi texture has more texture and needs more...
