There's a lot of things to say about this place. Let me break it down. First, I really enjoy the vibes how everyone come here to just mind their own business. This place is a pretty cool place to do zoom meeting or working with laptop and on. Their wifi somehow is pretty good. Second, I really don't like the behavior of their staffs and front officers, I think they need to be trained for service excellence or something. I'm asking for j-cool, but they said its not available, so I purchase something else, 20-30 minutes later someone order j-cool and get it. I mean I'll be fine to wait if its only 20-30 minutes. Last, They put on the menu they have small size for every bevs, but apperently didn't have those small cups so only med and...

Outlet donat yang punya brand sedikit dikenal tapi minim sekali protokol kesehatan. Tidak ada entry screening apalagi social distancing. Pengunjung dengan bebas berkerumun ala warkop tanpa pembatasan apapun, jadilah meja dan kursi dikumpulkan jadi satu seperti sebuah forum entah apa yang dibicarakan dan tidak ada himbauan dari karyawan outlet untuk sekedar mengingatkan pentingnya social distancing. Saya sampai kehabisan tempat duduk di ruangan ber-AC, meskipun masih ada beberapa meja tersisa tapi masa iya saya harus berdiri ala standing party? Teruntuk management outlet kalau masih punya nurani tolong ditertibkan new normal rules agar semua (pengunjung & karyawan) bertanggung jawab akan pentingnya protokol kesehatan. Shitt..ini penipuan..customer d paksa beli product lain yg tdk pernah d inginkan. Dan saya hny bilang 1 lusin donut..tdk minta dlm paket..

Kejadian ini gak 1 atau 2 kali.

Setelah minta d cancel..ud masuk dlm struk..

Pegawai j.co ud rata..di latih menipu customer..
