My Kopi O! Ratu Indah Mall — Restaurant in Makassar

I was there when my mom called out from her comfy sofa when she was waiting for take away orders. My mom was sit nicely when one of the waitress ASK HER TO MOVE without hesitation and leave her stand alone in the middle restaurant, while she must wait for her take away orders to come. Nobody give her seat or trying to help my mom there, so I walked to the another staff and start complaining. They do apologize cz thats what all they had! Even my mom's order not completed and she must take another minutes to wait while standing with her own feet, the staffs dont even give my mom a chair. A single chair should help but they dont. I just ask my mom to leave her orders that still on the making and walked away. As a famous restaurant your staffs should have known HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!! But its ok, now I know it so thank you so much. I wont comeback to this...

Favorite place to hang out with family and friends at the mall since they serves delicious foods, the coffees and teas are good too. My only complain is that, it’s really crowded (this place have it’s loyal customers) and it’s quite hard to find a seat, mostly i have to be on the waiting list— especially at weekends it take some time to dine in since it’s crowded.

I also tried their delivery services through platform such as Gojek and they consistently serves good food...

Finally they renovate the cafe. More clean and bright now with the new concept. They also separate smoking and non smoking but I still can smell the smoke 😥.

It's a good place to chill. The server is very friendly.

My favorite drinks here is the ice green tea latte. For the food, the most favorite here is chicken wing. But today I try the tower egg noodles. I think the egg gravy is too little, but the taste...
