When you've never been to this place before, you expect to be guided about how to order the food, as it was not obvious to us. So we went to what we thought was the order desk. We experienced what seemed to be a very frustrated and impolite chef. She did not communicate with us verbally, but chose to nod in the direction of the food we asked about. When we got our noodles apparently we needed to pick the extras from the buffet ourselves. We were not told about this too. The buffet was almost empty and the food cold. Then as we waited to pay we noticed the kitchen staff throwing about with the tools and the food. It seems like they were having a heated discussion amongst themselves. When we received the mugs for the tea, they were chipped, so we asked for a replacement. That seemed to irritate the cashier and she threw 2 other mugs on our tray. Moving to the condiments, we were surprised to learn that all if the trays were empty, just like the buffet. We finally sat down only to be disturbed by an employee cleaning the floor and the tables ripping the chairs over the floor creating loud, screeching noise. Also the employees chose to shout messages through the restaurant, rather than moving towards each other before talking. Not a pleasant eating environment at all. The food? It was below average and cold and was only lifted to an acceptable level, by the few condiments we managed to scrape off the empty trays. The Ocha Tea was tasteless and the ice tea dull. Food 4/5 Taste : Good taste. Unique flavor, chewy udon, decent tempura. Ingredients : Good ingredients. Halal : Yes. Price : A little bit pricey. Recommend Menu : Abura Udon and fried tofu skin.

Ketika pilih ke resto ini...tidak ada yg menjaga di depan jd seperti saya yg baru pertamakali agak bingung karna tidak ada pengarahan alur apakah kami langsung duduk dan pelayan datang kemudian order atau kami harus masuk barisan dengan menggeser nampan ??? Karena saat itu kosong tidak ada antrian wajar saya jd tambah bingung😕.

Untungnya suamiku sudah pernah jd saya mengikuti saja ketika dipanggil😁. Tapiii utk yg pertamakali datang. Masuk barisan nampan, kemudian HARUS langsung memilih..well bener2 harus memilih cepat yaa klo ga bikin macet.

Tersedia udang, ayam dll disajikan prasmanan. Ada harganya juga jd ya bijak aja dlm pilih lauk. Sesuaikan dg apa yg sdh kita pesan.

Harga start 30an. Free nambah minum. Ambil sendiri kebutuhan seperti sambal,bumbu,sendok,saos,lombok dan minuman di 1 tempat. Searah kasir. Kalian ambil pake piring kecil sesuai kebutuhan aja. Jangan berlebihan yaa.
