Just like other pizza hut outlet in Makassar, Pizza Hut Sam Ratulangi offers the customers delicious and always craved cheesy pizza. The new pocket bites pizza is a new favorite for me among others. The place is quite spacious compared to other pizza outlets. The parking is a bit problem when too many customers are around. But the idea to provide valet parking is brilliant, so customers won't park their vehicles as they just intend to. I ordered a take away pizza and waited under the stairs. It might be better to provide a kinda wall along the stair holders, so customers won't feel like being stepped up on the heads or worry about being hit by sands or dust when other customers climb the stairs to the restaurant area. I do really like how they decorate their place compared to any other pizza hut in this town. Their service is quiet well and very polite. The moment you enter the parking lot they will offer you for a valet parking and I think its for free. You will have to wait for a few minutes downstairs while they are preparing your table. The menu was great, they provides lots of great pizza menu and awesome dessert, no wonder because they are part of this big food business group with tons of experience. Food 4/5 Delicious pizza with many choices for side dish. In this resto, prefer to order their side dish, their pizza taste a little bit off and mess. Recommend menu : Chicken Geprek Spaghetti and Stuffed Crust Pizza.

Ambience 4/5 Excellent ambience. Cozy and well designed. Many seats for groups. Minus for their restroom, and ac sometimes not cold enough. Not easy wheelchair accessible. They do have vallet parking service.
