Beryl Coffee — Restaurant in Malang

Ha! It is always too soon to make a place your favorite. After I declare 8oz and Noch as my favorite coffeeshops in Malang, now I shall add Beryl to the list. Yup, it is a proper 3rd wave coffeeshop and I highly recommend it!

It is really a cozy place to work and to hangout with friends. They serve really great coffee (without pretension of course lol) and (i think) they roast themselves as well (because I saw green coffee beans at that time). Also, it looks like the brownies is pretty popular among the patrons. The best thing is that it is less expensive than two of my favorites! (8oz and Noch)

A very cozy and comfortable spot to work or study, with an atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. The place has two floors and two bathrooms, so it never feels crowded, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get.

I tried their Dirty Chip — tortilla chips topped with cheese sauce, their special secret sauce, and flavorful ground chicken — and it was absolutely delicious! The food in this place got the easiest 5 stars in my life. Burger, chicken with sambal dabu2, American breakfast, even their donuts, feels like carefully crafted. The drinks? I don't know, I'm not much of a coffee connoisseur, but I think they're good. The service in this place is top notch too, I should praise the waiters for this. The atmosphere in this place is good too, they have this chill vibe that is suitable for those who want to wfc or simply meet their friends. The only minus in this cafe is that they're really packed on the weekend, even during the morning....
