I have been a loyal customer of sbux araya, as I live nearby. the service has never been disappointing until today.
first, I left because I had waited for over 20 min for a single hot beverage. apparently the staff was overwhelmed by numerous online orders. there were only 2 baristas. one was in charge for preparation and one in the cashier.
about 1 hour later, I came back to collect my beverage and here is the worst part. they did not change the dairy milk into soy milk as requested. my mistake was I didnt check before I got out, for I was in hurry for a meeting. I only realized it was not soy after taking the first sip. this is certainly a big problem when you are lactose intolerant.
I wrote this complaint with no hatred. people make mistakes. I get it. I only hope that they would improve in the future.
Next time, if there is a promo on some online applications, the management should be anticipated by at least adding more...

Keluar main door mall araya, ternyata hujan .. ya krn juga tidak terlalu jauh, saya jalan kali ke situ, krn baru sekali ke mall araya ini, jd gak kepikir utk ambil mobil dulu baru ke starbucks spy gak basah kuyup.
Sampe di starbuck, yg jaga HANYA 1 org cewek ( maretha atau amerta namanya) Sebelumnya dia bilang utk scan peduli lindungi dulu yg lsg saya jawab, iya mbak, Sudah ngerti! Saya sdh scan di araya mall sebelum masuk ( walau tidak ada yg jaga ) juga scan di xxi lantai 2 sebelum masuk xxi juga.. saya org yg taat aturan, jika memang harus scan, kenap tidak?
Lha masa iya di starbucks yg sdh dibelain hujan hujan pengen beli kopi panas trus lsg balik ( SAYA TIDAK PERNAH NONGKRONG DI TEMPAT ) sejak taon 2021.
Setelah org didepan saya slesai order dia lsg duduk nunggu, sementara staff cewek amertha melayani saya dan langsung nanya! Minta lihat peduli lindungi nya dulu! apa sdh cek in!!! Nah disini yg tidak saya suka, baru kali ini saya merasa tidak dipercaya sbg customer yg sdh sering ke sbux ( tp 'memang baru sekali ini ke sbux araya malang ) krn saya tinggal di sby.
Saya pribadi kurang suka pelayanan si staff ini yg berkesan merintah dan tidak percaya! Alangkah lebih baiknya jika caranya dirubah spt, mengingatkan apalah sdh cek in di apps atau spt apa? Bukan berkesan merintah yg bikin customer bete, pdhal memang sdh cek in .. lagian saya dtg cuma ingin kopi panas krn kedinginan dan segera balik ke mobil trus pulang!
Mohon pihak sbux lebih bisa mengajarkan staff nya utk lebih ramah& faham menghandle customer sehingga customer merasa nyaman. Lebih baik juga jika pihak sbux menempatkan staff lain utk cek applikasi disaat tamu mau masuk area sbux .. spy jleas dan tahu apakah customer sdh cek kn atau belum , jgn dibuat bete saat kedinginan dan oengen cepet cepet pulang setelah beli kopinya dan yg jaga setidaknya ada 2 orang spy...
