We have been coming here several times already mostly for the atmosphere. I like the open space and the setting. So far food has been ok. Tonight I had the Nasi Bakar Krengsengan (not sure if I spelled it correctly) and the vegetable tasted and smelled off. The last time I was here I had gado gado because I wasn't that hungry. The portion was quite big but rather tasteless. You can't taste the peanuts in the peanut sauce, it was so watered down. The first time I came, I had nasi bakar ikan tongkol and that was delicious.
The food never came out all together, which is the norm in most resto in Indonesia. However, the time distance between food coming out for one person and another on the same table was ridiculously long (30mins). Especially that it was a Tuesday evening and not many people there.
I like the coffee rempah though. Very nice.
The service staff are also very nice. Too bad the kitchen is pretty unorganised in terms of serving the food.
