Shefu Mataram — Restaurant in Mataram

Plating is fine and fushion kinda style Taste / rasa belum konsisten, berubah shift, berubah rasa..., daging rempah terlalu manis. They have a program called 'Shefu Table', nice table decorations.. where they put all the reserved guest in 1 table together to have the ambience like family kind of dinner eventhough we didn't know each other, which was a nice concept. But for the taste of their food, except the desserts (excellent dessert)... they haven't reach the good point. Chicken are fade with no taste of their creamy sauce.. and when they try to fix it, even worse! They have a mangut fish dishes...but there is no smoky fragrance at all!!!... And the mash potato, i think they supposed to make an ordinary creamy one, instead of trying to make their own style which was (again) no taste and miserable texture... Well, i write this based on my experience only. Well you guys have a lot of time (maybe), to be better... meanwhile i wish you all the best for the future...

Had the best dinner date at Shefu with my girlfriend! We got to create our own custom pizzas, and everything from the fresh ingredients to the perfectly baked crust was amazing. What made it even more special was that they included a chance for us to write a love letter to each other – such a thoughtful and unique touch.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The cozy vibe, great service, and fun experience made this night unforgettable. Definitely coming back to...
