This oxtail soup in particular have a very thick broth. There’s no vegetables in it only huge chuck of oxtail. With added sambal & lime the broth turned into a very refreshing soup!
My guess the oxtail was cooked for a very long time, the fat and the tallow was rendered into the soup making it very thick and hearty. The meat on the bone are unbelievably soft and tender too!
For you who like soup dishes, this is a must visit place. The soup price are a bit expensive at IDR 100k per portion but its worth it.
