Waroeng Spesial Sambal "SS" Monjali — Restaurant in Mlati

A complete restaurant. Perfect for dinner. The ambience is nice. Each table is not too close to one another, giving privacy to each customer. Foods are delicious, drinks as well. But most importantly, the "sambal" they offer varies, which makes this restaurant its trademark.

The parking space is spacious, you can bring your car here. There's aleays someone who watches over your vehicle and tidies up the parking lot.

There's a waiter in front of the entrance, ready to serve you. There are two options for your table: with chair or without chair. There's a section where customers get to sit on the floor to eat like traditional Javanese person. The floor is really clean, you won't be disgusted.

Tables are clean. Tissues available. Ordering here is not confusing, it's pretty easy actually. The waiters here are always available. They always reread your order before handing it to the kitchen.

Now here comes the food. It's simple and delicious. They are traditional Indonesian food. They're pretty cheap even for students. They serve juices as well. It's also perfect for dinner with family. You can also refill your rice for free here.

The only drawback here is that it's pretty close to the street, which means you can always hear vehicles passing through loudly. Probably because they don't have windows. They just have these bamboo curtains covering up the upper part of the half walls.

To sum it up, I think it's perfect for everyone, especially at night. You can go by yourself here, or bring a friends or family. I would reccomend this restaurant...

This is my favorite place to having lunch or dinner.. This place not so big but is very nice, they have some table with chair or without chair (lesehan).. They serve the menu in two way, fry or grill.. We can choose many kind of spicy sauce and also eat the rice as much as we want.. And if our food come with different taste like so salty, no spicy, so sweet, we can complain and the waiter or waitress will change our food.. The price is so cheap and we must pay 10% extra for the tax as usual.. Once again, if you want to eat at this place you must give some times for waiting the food come to you.. Of if you don't have much time you can buy the menu...

Langganan waroeng SS karena tempat favorit untuk makan & kumpul bersama keluarga dan selalu senang melihat pelayanan crew restonya,, tetapi pelayanan yang saya dapatkan di outlet ini sangat lah tidak memuaskan. Mungkin karena saya datang ke outlet tsb sebagai driver ojol (bertugas mengantarkan makanan) jadi kesannya gampangke/menganggap sepele lawan bicaranya. Kebetulan pekerjaan utama sayaa dibidang pelayanan jadi sangat paham sekali bagaiamana memperlakukan orang lain tanpa pandang bulu. Kronologi singkat saya mendapatkan orderan di outlet ini, sesampainya di resto saya langsung konfirmasi ke kasir ,disitu terdapat 2 kasir yaitu utama & kasir training. Saya sudah konfirmasi menyebutkan nomor orderan saya lalu dibalas kasir yang intinya mohon ditunggu, saya tunggu berkisar 10 menit outlet tsb, karena saya mendapatkan double orderan saya inisiatif untuk mengambil orderan di resto lainnya dulu. Dan sebelum saya meninggal waroeng SS saya konfirmasi ke kasir untuk pamit mengambil orderan di resto lainnya. Setelah saya ambil orderan di resto lainnya saya kembali ke waroeng SS dan langsung menemui kasir untuk menanyakan apakah orderan saya sudah siap, ternyata masih proses dibuatkan. Akhirnya saya tunggu lagi kurang lebih 15 menitan. Dan yang bikin jengkel ada mas2 bagian dari crew resto mendatangi saya menanyakan orderan apa saya saja., sontak saya balik bertanya "apa orderan saya belum dibuatkan?" Dibalas "di apk tidak ada orderan masuk",, saat itu saya bergegas ke kasir untuk meminta crew resto membuka HP admin waroeng SS dan ternyata di apk resto orderan saya sudah masuk sedari tadi sebelum saya datang untuk pertama kalinya.

Yang saya sayangkan komunikasi antar crew kasir & kitchen yang kurang sehingga terjadi misscom, sehingga saya perlu extratime lagi menunggu orderan tersebut sampai jadi.

Semoga hal ini tidak terulang lagi dikemudian hari, sehingga customer yang datang resto atau driver ojol lainnya tidak mengalami apa...
