PALITO COFFEE AND RESTO — Restaurant in North Sumatra

Palito Coffee and Resto is one of the dining options when you visit Pangururan, Samosir island. It is located not so far away from Waterfront Pangururan. It has spacious carpark that can accommodate cars, motorbikes and minibuses. Free parking was available at their compound.

The cafe had two levels of dining spaces. No air conditioning system was installed here but the cafe was comfortable. There was no separation between smoking and non-smoking area.

There were some choices of menu from Indonesian, Asian and Western dishes. The fried rice was tasty but the some other dishes like chicken teriyaki + rice and fried noodle was salty. They also had choices of beverages: coffee, tea, soft drink, juice, etc. Portion was adequate. Pricing was standard. Payment could be done by cash and electronic modes.

The crew members offered warm and helpful service. But, the food serving time was quite lengthy. Crowd was expected...

Saya beli ice tea lychee. Lycheenya BASI. Saya kasih tau 1 org karyawannya untuk cek lycheenya. Karyawannya bilang "oke". Sesudah komplain tidak ada follow up apa2 sampai saya selesai makan dan mau pulang.

Saya tanya lagi di kasir," gimana lycheenya bang?" Di jawab oleh karyawannya "iya ka basi lycheenya, udah kami buang" dan ga bilang maaf ga bilang apa pun sambil nerima pembayaran.

LAH? Apakah customer akan kalian biarkan makan dan minum produk yang sudah basi!??

Harus sampai saya bilang lagi "kompensasi saya apa dapet minuman basi gitu?" Baru ada karyawan lain bilang "mau diganti aja ka minumannya?" Setelah saya komplain 2 kali makanan kalian BASI!!

Saya tolak saya krn sudah mau pulang , bukannya dari awal mereka selesaikan kesalahannya, pas udah 2 kali ditegur baru mau bertindak, itu pun karyawan lain yg bertindak, dan saya males aja kalau lycheenya BASI lagi.

Qualitasnya gimana sih ini.. padahal saya kira Palito ini cukup senior di samosir. Taunya pelayanannya tetep aja norak kayak parhuta2. Mudah2an ga ada cust lain yg kalian kasih makanan BASI lagi. Ih ngeri. Ga lagi deh.
