I highly recommend this restaurant in Nusa Penida. The place is family owned with a oasis garden of tranquility and the food authentic balenese, I'm a vegetarian and the Gado Gado Salad and iced tea with fresh fruits was a perfect lunch. I also recommend their private tour in Nusa Penida. The driver picked me up at the Sanjar harbor and drove in the challenging roads of the island with experience of the roads. I visited the east and the west of Nusa Penida in 7 hours and stop at Tara Roof Top Resto for lunch, it was perfect day private tour for me!

The ambience n place is pretty good. We ordered the seafood fried noodles which was salty n dry/uncooked with barely any veggies or seafood. My partner had the soupy ayam bowl and it tasted majorly of soy sauce. He just had the shredded chicken n left the rest. The owner n staff seem nice. Maybe the non Balinese food tasted better cos our meal was very disappointing.

I did the most amazing tour to Nusa Penida, with Sony the restaurant owner, and we came to have lunch to Tara Rooftop. I have to say that it is such a nice surrounding, gorgeous view, and the staff were so nice and friendly! The food was so good and they followed my “no spicy” instructions haha. Amazing hospitality and I would definitely come back đŸ˜đŸ«¶đŸ»

I did the most amazing tour to Nusa Penida, with Sony the restaurant owner, and we came to have lunch to Tara Rooftop. Amazing place, incredible ambient and looks like it’s straight out of a Bali movie. Very delicious food and incredible service. Our tour gave us the possibility to eat there and I am very grateful they did, otherwise we might not have found it, which is an absolute shame.
