Restoran Kubang Hayuda — Restaurant in Padang

I went to Restoran Kubang Hayuda with my friends and we were amazed by the martabak. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with generous amount of meat and spices. We ordered the martabak telur bebek spesial, which was made with duck eggs and had a sweet and sour sauce. It was so satisfying and filling.

We also tried the sate padang and the mie goreng, which were also very tasty. The sate padang was tender and had a rich peanut sauce, while the mie goreng was similar to Aceh fried noodles, but with a lighter flavor. The portions were big and the prices were reasonable.

The service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the view of the city from the windows, and the atmosphere was lively and warm. We had a great time at Restoran Kubang Hayuda and we highly recommend it to anyone who loves Padang food or wants to try...

One of the best martabak in town! Their special martabak mesir & talua tea is a must try. The martabak mesir is so crispy on the outside and so tasty on the inside. The portion is enough for sharing but not me, haha. Talua tea is made from tea, egg (yes egg!), condensed milk & a hint of lime. The taste is so light yet creamy & refreshing. If you prefer sweet martabak, you can opt for Martabak Bandung with so many topping based on your choices.

I love this place. Not just the place but also the food. The food here tastes excellent. The only problem is the prize. The prize always rise up. From the start, Rp. 12000, and now the prize is Rp 20000. I do not know why this prize keeps rising. But, the taste still the same. You can find minang traditional food here.
