V COFFEE — Restaurant in Padang

Good Night everyone! Night coffee with my dear friend and in the place that always makes me happy like home. Been a while since I met an many Padang cafe or resto that stands out from the crowd. And yes, this is everything I post on my personal account looks like a promotion, an endorsement to great tasting cuisine that helps raising the standard for Padang food (just attract tourists to visit my city, Padang). But NO, I’m not paid to say this. I'm not interested in becoming an endorsement (akun pribadiku @terryselvy ini adalah moodku hanya untuk bersenang-senang, aku tidak suka sesuatu yang membuatku tidak nyaman). I promote or posting what’s good and worthy of my time and your attention. And even if they do, they push their best to still deliver the best & most authentic content they can" Just walking into a random cafe in Padang (well, not that random, we found it on social media accounts via Instagram guide, they were @vcoffees, I was interested and I had sent a message via DM a few days ago about one of their desserts that looked tempting), you can find a real gem ❤️Actually, we were not far from the city center, dekat persimpangan dari akses jalan utama, tidak jauh dari salah satu icons kota Padang yaitu Mesjid Raya Sumatera Barat, so we weren’t expecting something extraordinary, just wanted a good coffee to go. But seeing their coffee and desserts we decided to stay there longer, and put in the bucket list to visit again and again… 😍 I guess we made the best decision! And their 'Coklat Larva' was the quite delicious no less than one i ever tired and their 'Blackpanther' was again👌🏻 If only all Padang cafes were like this 😉 Eh, jangan ding. Entar nggak ada variasinya, gak seru! ✌ P.S. : I told you, proteas are everywhere!🌸 So just go to the cafe and want to enjoy a cup of coffee with you (recommended @vcoffees), in a small town of Padang. They offered gathering place for local communities in Padang, you just need to order some of their menu to come in. This cafe also has live music at night performed by local bands or individual who wants to perform. Hospitality is good for the first impression, and all staff were kind enough. This place isn't not huge as franchise cafe and also elegant. But hospitality, foods and coffee were all good. It fits for family or community gathering, me time, and even dates. It also has internet connection and WiFi Id which is good for college students who are connected in. I've been here for three or four times and all good. Btw, you also can ask them to facilitate your own event whether they have or not. I don't know how much to pay exactly, or maybe its free for having an event here. You can contact them directly.

Personal Suggestion for V Coffee : the meeting room would be more comfy if its privately enough and out of noise or distraction by people around. It's quite difficult for me personally to hear speakers having theirs speech while listened to live music outside or strangers laughed. It's nice if its covered by glasses and has air conditioner inside. Would be better and cozy I guess....

It was fine, thank you for tolerating us ARMY tho, tho food was fine, nothing to write home about. I really like the sweet strawberry drink and the chiken wings. The coffee, malin kundang if im not wrong, is also a great beverage. Haven't really tried much else, oh the mojito is really minty, like mintyyy.
