I ordered the 'Pindang Kepala Patin Sungai' The fat from the fish is improving the flavour of the soup. The size of the fish head is huge

My friends tried the Pindang Gabus which is also great, but the soup is less creamy without the Patin's fat involvement. So gotta say, i picked the better one 🤣🤣.
