Bar Bar Steak and Sweets — Restaurant in Pekanbaru

The service and food quality depreciates very much. The staff stay in the cashier area and chat that they didn’t see us calling for order. Many of the food are “Not Available” although it is in the menu (not the one that is covered with tape). ALL of the pasta are not available. The soup plate have old stain all over the edges & it is missing the white yogurt cream drizzled it usually have (we always order the soup whenever we dine) it still tastes good tho. We came by 4 people and only 1 have its original order available (we ended up ordering 3 mains). We personally think that the tenderloin is over cooked (ordered for mid) & the fries are oily and not crunchy AT ALL. The sweet potato are great tho always love them. The cake not as great as it was before (red lady-we ordered this all the time).

We are a regular here for years, but looking at it now. I don’t think we will visit any time soon. I can accept a modest service but not a poor quality food (over the price).

Had anniversary supper today, everythig met expectation, one thing i notice most of the food seasoned naturally, i assumed because it wast strong just perfect, for juice there were not much of sugar added or probably pure from the fruti, the tea however needs a little splash of citrus to make it oerfect, i had peach iced tea, for the steak, top notch, delicious flavot, nice texture, vegetable were fresh and enjoyable for us the non vegetable fan, pasta was perfect as well satisfying portion with delightful taste, the dessert (almost eight) were not available, but the exotic manggo is undertoned almost got us fooled, because we taste it elemets by elemets, then when we scoop down to its base, it was perfect very buttery crumbs, nice cream chantily, and it used real white chocolate, most definitely comr back, so are you if you're in Pekanbaru, you got to have some...

Its medium rare level of doneness is among of the most perfectly-executed one for any kind of meat portion they offer.I who prefer fatty part like rib eye and sirloin always and still get impressed in every single bite i take. Its pink meat slice dipped into mushroom sauce and creamy mashed potato blended with light seasoned juice of the meat are the best part to create a savory taste experience.
