Restoran Taman Anggrek — Restaurant in Pekanbaru

I have reserved table and pre-order food to dine in because we want to get our food as soon as we arrive. What happened is they did not put our order to system, we have to waited 1 hour to be informed that our foods and drinks has not been input to the system.

When we want to order drink, the waitress rolled her eye when we say we want just hot and ice tea (since it is not expensive as juice or other drinks). What kind of service is this??

There are no social distancing at all, it is so crowded, and we just got our drink and step out from the place. Coming here just...

The restaurant has been running since many years back. Nothing much changes from when it started.

Our family has been regulars here and visits this establishment for special occasions.

Our recent visit was OK. The foods are just normal, nothing special. Sapo Tahu was full with only soup with not much chicken, meat, and veggies, this was IDR 90.000. Udang Sambal Petai contained only less than 10 small prawns with 8 pieces of stink bean (petai), was charged IDR 120.000. Our last menu was stir-fry poi leng and was charged IDR 75.000. I will think twice before...

It’s not about the food but the owner attitude. Really bad and unfriendly to “ordinary customer” like me. Not to sorry, just want to tell the Resto owner “Every customer deserve to be treated nicely tho.” This will be my first and last visit to this resto. Well let’s review the food, we order 5 menus there, chicken steam, shrimp tofu bean sauce (maybe has another name for it), corn chicken soup, hotplate tofu and stir fry pumpkin shoots. For me the food just so so for chinese resto, we ask for less salt. The good thing is all the staff very friendly...
