My first time provide 2 star rating for a restaurant.

When we ordered 3 portions of Wagyu beef with medium doneness, I have high expectations since this is the premium products of this steakhouse. However all come out in well done and burned conditions.

Tried to ask the staff and they don't want to admit it. And worst, they just said we dont understand how to cook steak and taught us. I am ok if there is any mistakes, but I am not happy with the way Holycow staff handled this.

In the end, they offer us some complementary ice cream. But still so disappointed since we spend 300K+ for each steak portion. Definitely won't be...

First time come here for Birthday lunch of our Director. I'm ordered Rib Eye Wagyu Medium Well, but unfortunately half of my meat was medium rare actually. The price for Wagyu's was quite expensive, and for taste is not bad but not good (I'm not steak lover). But, I'm trying the other menus Javanese Rib Eye-Welldone is much better, and I recommend it for you especially for your kid (even Kid's menu there). For Sauce I order BBQ, but I think Black papper or holycow sauce was better. For room is clean, cozy and instagramable. Oh ya, they also have VIP room. Wish better...

If you come here on your birthday, please tell the waitress & show your ID card/KTP. They'll give 1 portion of Parpadelle pasta for free (and sing happy birthday for you 😁).

The steak is tasty but unfortunately my Japanese Wagyu is not evenly roasted on both sides. And I wish someday they will fix the mashed potatoes because now it was lumpy & not strained.

For beverage, I'll recommend Nestea (greentea/lemon tea/blackcurrant tea/lemonade). All Nestea beverage can be refilled for free. My personal favorite...
