PETERSELI KITCHEN — Restaurant in Pekanbaru

I must say the food is getting worse! The price‘s going up and the food’s going down. The food has gotten worse within the years. It used to be good and tasty, but in recent days, its become very bland. I’ve tried a number of different starters, main courses and desert, but it just doesnt has the same flavour.

Been here for numerous times. At first, I fall for their western menu variety. Even you might question the authenticity of some intl dishes but it tastes quite good. So I visit often whenever I nearby. But as time goes by, the more I visit the more disappointed I am with the food. The taste keep changing, not in better way tho.

Simple things on the menu such as the mashed potato, on my first visit its creamy and buttery. Cooked to my perfection. I love it. So I coming back for more. But 3 times in a row on my recent visit, it became too dry and didnt taste like a mashed potato at all. Just look like a punched boiled potato served beautifully on the plate tho! Meh! Quite disappointing. Same goes with the other menu. It’s keep changing to the worse. Duh 🙄

Despite of the cozy place, the good ambience, the instagram-able spot, the polite and fast response staff, the food is a major turn off lately! Lack of consistency. So, I called it off. Ain’t coming back for more. Sorry,...

Ok, to be honest i write this reviews on my second visit on peterseli. It's not because of hate but here's the reason behind it: On the first visit we're not welcomed, then we proceed to second floor and guess what... No Service and it's about 30+ mins we waited some waitress and no ones come. This leave bad impression for us, and we leave immediately and find another restaurant.

Now, I came on the second visit and decided to go on floor 1, now we got served, I am glad. Then... The food came, guess what, it takes 45+ Mins to come. U maybe says "that's normal, bla bla bla". Hell no, Restaurant like this only need 10 mins 20 mins if really late, and ofc with that pricey menus it didn't fit with taste and time to make, even street food taste better and quicker to made.

The only one left an impression to me is the view and atmosphere, maybe this place is for rich kids with a blind sense of...

Used to be my favorite restaurant in Pekanbaru, but it is not anymore. Very slow service, been waiting for my order more than 40 minutes, all they could serve were only the drinks in the first 20 minutes.

The restaurant did not look busy at all, yet the service was slow. Many items in the menu were not available even though the waitress took the order, and then 10 minutes later back to our table saying that the item was sold out. Very unprofessional...

The first few orders finally came but the spaghetti were served COLD...Overall, it is very disappointing dine in experience at Peterseli

I no longer recommend this place to my colleagues. Big thumbs down 👎👎👎

One more thing btw, the simple toast bread that I ordered and asked to be sent first was finally arrived at 21:00...just one hour plus after I was sitting on my seat...utterly...
