HokBen Bintaro Plaza — Restaurant in Pondok Aren

I use the new order system by QR, but the order in my phone and what was printed was slightly different. Thankfully the supervisor was there (Mr. Rio if I'm not mistaken) and he was super helpful throughout the process. I decided to order some takeouts too and the cashier (Ms. Nurmalasari) is also very friendly.

The waiters helped us deliver the food to the table as we ordered quite a lot. All orders came out really fast too except for the ramen, which took around 30 - 45 minutes and they gave us lots of sambal when we ask for extra hahha. Hoka hoka bento is always be my fovourite since years. I always crave for Hokben Special Package with chicken yakiniku and plain soup on the side. Not to forget to having chocolate pudding for dessert. Love the dessert! Not too sweet as usual pudding. Price is affordable. I would rather to dine in than take away. Despite its' higher price compared to other fast food restaurant, you'll find so many HokBen fans dining here. Wide enough for customers, you'll also have to join long queu at times (not to mention in Ramadhan fasting month, you'll get no table if you don' t come 1 hour prior to fasting break time) ... standard Japanese food .. well, of course do not ever compare with Japanese fine fining...
