dear kopitiam. the place was so cozy, the ambience was really nice. but the waiter, esp this guy, train him more to appreciate every single customers who came, not giving an intimidating eye contact like he was underestimate something. also teach him how to give a friendly and a warm smile, not being synical! thank you. it'll be 5 stars if you fix...

Kami belanja di informa dan mampir ke Kopitiam. Meja kami belum bersih krn masih ada sisa nasi diatas meja dan mejanya berminyak. Saya minta pelayan resto untuk bersihkan, dijawab sudah dibersihkan. Saya harus tunjukkan kepadanya msh ada nasi nempel dimeja demikian juga meja disebelah saya yg kosong juga ada nasi.. Belum lagi di lantai. Padahal pagi itu tdk banyak pembeli.. Hanya kami di kursi di luar resto dan satu keluarga di dalam. Staffnya mungkin ada 6 di counter termasuk 2 yg didaerah tempat duduk.. Mungkin terlalu nganggur jadi malas bergerak tuk bersih2. Mydah2an bosnya rajin keliling. Tolong cek meja2 yg hampir semuanya berminyak.. Perlu pembersihan yg benar krn harga makanan dan minuman...
