Shabu Tan — Restaurant in Pontianak

Just having bad experience. The owner was so rude, no manner at all and give different treatment to customers who have that "rich vibes". How can you POINT at our table (right at our table, not from far away) and said to your waiter: "they have done eating, take away those tablewares quickly." Like hey! We are still waiting for our last dishes, how can you sat that while pointing at our table?

And also, we didn't see the notice that say we can't bring food or drink from outside (sorry for that), and we brought one mineral bottle, THEN, the owner came and acted like a gangster with such an unpleasant tone like we had just done a crime. Please, you can say in a more mannerism way and we will bring that bottle out, simple as that.

I don't ask for a perfect service, NO, but please can you be more polite and don't give different service to your customers? Do we look that POOR and have no right to eat there? You give such an amazing treatment to the other customers like they are king and queen but us?

This will be the last time I eat there, and maybe for you this won't make you get less money, but I hope you read this and change your attitude and be...

A cozy place to eat and hang out with family/friends. Reasonable price for all you can eat dishes. Beware that you have to pay the penalty for the food you order but do not finish. Well, you still need to control your appetite and greed while ordering all meals...

Pelayanannya buruk. Baru nyampai disana, pelayannya datang dgn muka gak ramah dan bilang "kalau bisa pesannya cepat ya, kami udah mau tutup". Padahal kami datang jam 8. Setelah kami pesan pun, dia masih melayani kami dengan tidak begitu ramah. Terus saya pesan salmon nigiri, salmonnya gak fresh. Udah gak enak dimakan. Kerasa bgt. Apa gak ada pengecekan bahan? saya gak pernah nemu sushi, apalagi di tempat yg bagus sperti ini, dgn kualitas yg gk fresh. Untung shabunya enak. Kuah tomyamnya terutama. Tapi ukurannya kecil. Untuk tempatnya bagus sekali dan bernuansa jepang. Suasana nya enak dan cozy. Saya kasih bintang 1 karena pelayanan yg buruk dan salmonnya.
