Visited here so often so I almost tried all of their menu. I have a high hope from this recommendation for a home sick remedy of high quality cuisine.
Tried tenderloin, salmon, and wagyu. And everything went well. It was successfully satisfied my palate and boost my mood during business trip in pontianak. The meat quality was good with less fat, and the mushroom sauce was thick and creamy. The potato wedges is fried on point and less oil. Only salad I find a weird match with the veggies selection.
Another day I tried wagyu, heightened flavor and tenderness from the previous one but it was too fast to finish, meat texture was silky soft and effortlessly cut between fork and knife. For the suggestion i think its better to replace sauce with artisan salt for food pairing. The wheatgrass drink taste refreshing and light.
Then the norwegian salmon was the champ, paired with cajun sauce and zest of lemon, the salmon skin, meat, sauce was simultaneously strengthening the flavor each other. Remember to order medium.
Grilled Chicken was an underrated hero. Smooth and juicy chicken breast but not undercook.
Honest review per each dish: Wagyu: Probably on MB4/5 judging by the cut, the best for the best. Steak variants: best go for NZ but other such as striploin/ tenderloin also cant go wrong. Salmon steak, choose Norwegian one, best one i ever had, top recommendation. Grilled chicken, not easy to made yet they also master it. The honey sauce was good Caesar salad, also great, they use imported vegs and the sauce was top notch Chicken melt, not recommended, the cheese was solid and the batter was too thick Side dishes wedges potatos also not recommended since its a small portion Wheat grass juice was uniquely refreshing
