The service was truly excellent — all the staff members were incredibly polite, attentive, and friendly. They took the time to explain the different dishes on the menu, and their recommendations were spot on. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire meal.
Speaking of the menu, it was very extensive and offered a wide variety of traditional dishes, from flavorful soups and grilled meats to vegetarian options and delicious desserts. Everything we tried was fresh, well-cooked, and rich in authentic flavors. The spices and ingredients were clearly high quality and skillfully balanced.
We also appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the peaceful ambience — a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal away from the busier tourist areas.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover true Indonesian cuisine in a...

Pretty place with a beautiful river, traditional wooden furniture and building- a little eerie in a good way at night. Be sure to see the river out back if during the day. The food is decent and the staff very, very nice. A few mosquitoes, yes, but can ask for mosquito repellent incense. It is an open air restaurant by a river so yes, nature does exist.
The price expensive? Lol. Please. 35,000 Rp can get fried rice or noodles, soup and a drink plus nice ambience... 70,000 Rp can get rice, a protein like fish, chicken or tempe, vegetables, soup and non-alcoholic beverage plus a beautiful ambience. Not expensive, but of course it depends on your budget. I would say it is mid range. Of course, one can eat gross, not-nutritious, preservative and MSG laden street food elsewhere for 6,000 rp or eat at a high-end, air conditioned, sealed restaurant for 200,000+ rp per person. This is decent mid-range resto with convenient location near Prambanan and a beautiful riverside location. Given its traditional setting, it is far from a...
