Tried to come here for lunch one afternoon with my girlfriend.
It took us a whole 20 minutes just to try and find out what the price of seafood items were because the staff were not informed properly by the onwer. It was a mess. Only to then overhear the owner on the phone asking his staff if we were foreigners so he could charge more.
Maybe the owner should come to work and train his staff instead of worrying how more much than normal price he can charge people.
We then figured out that the price on the menu was for frozen seafood and not the items on display.
After that entire 20-minute process we decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

I didn't come to order the live seafood that they displayed in the aquarium, I ordered a size S lobster and a size S squid to try one of the seafood dishes in the Singaraja area.Grilled squid is only seasoned with soy sauce and the lobster taste is not fresh, fishy and too salty, as another reference at @Griya kepiting far provides a better experience with a more seasoned taste,taste and portion are commensurate with the price.However, despite all that, the speed of service and friendliness...

Jarang-jarang main ke Singaraja, dan langsung hunting seafood kepiting. Nemu Mister Crab di tiktok dan punya ekspektasi tinggi. Kita pesen Paket Keluarga Rame A. Dapet 2 ekor kepiting setengah kilo, 1/4 lobster kipas, 1/2 kerang hijau, dan jagung manis. Tidak lupa tambah cumi dan udang saus singapore and nasi putih. Kepitingnya enak, lumayan gede, dan dagingnya lumayan banyak. Kerang hijaunya juga oke, dapet sekitar 8 biji, dan agak kaget karena gak amis sama sekali, biasanya makan kerang ada setidaknya sedikit rasa amis. Lobsternya sepertinya rasanya standar, nothing to comment. Udangnya enak, kulit udangnya lebih keras dari yang biasanya saya makan, tapi masih oke. Nah yang perlu diimprove adalah cuminya yang sepertinya terlalu matang jadi agak lembek. Yang paling juara dan membuat secara overall makanan ini enak adalah sambelnya. Bikin nagih dan memacu adrenaline, serasa mukbang. Porsinya juga sangat pas untuk 2 orang. Untuk tempatnya sendiri cukup kecil. Sangat disarankan duduk dekat pintu masuk karena kalau agak di dalam jadi panas. Tapi mereka juga sepertinya punya ruangan ber-AC. Overall good dan sangat amat direkomendasikan....
