ITS A BIG NO!!!! If you are a local and considered only consumed 1 portion of food & beverage to chill, just think twice to go to this place. I went there with friend for dinner on Saturday Night. We went upstairs and chosen our table. Until one of their waitresses came and didn’t allowed us to sit.. as upstairs space was only for minimum 4 people. Its funny, because no one of them was informed us about it earlier. Meanwhile there were 2 waitresses were stood there when we came in. So we got asked to move to other table. Each of us ordered 1 portion of food & 1 portion of drink. When we finished our dinner, suddenly one of their waitresses came to give us a bill for payment without any command. We then asked him “if this place is about to close or is it already last order?”. Because it was 10.00 pm, meanwhile their closing time is 12.00 am. He answered “No.” thats all, without any apparent reason. Its ridiculous, and quite insulting. Just because of they want to accommodate more people who will consume lots of alcohol (in order to boost up their revenue), they kicked out their other guests who are not willing to do so. I saw some other local guests were also to be treated the same. And left the restaurant with disappointment. Except, one table across to us that occupied by a bunch of foreigners who kept ordering liquors. They should have been respectful to their customer, by to treat everyone there as the same. Keep in mind, Good customer service always helps retain your customers. It is what keeps your customers coming back for more purchases. Retaining customers increases your revenue and it's also much cheaper to keep a customer than to try to gain a new one.

A group of us "booked " an inside table..on Saturday night 1) our booked table wasn't available..we had to sit outside which turned out a blessing as many customerscomplainedaboutthenoiselevels inside 2) we waited almost 2 hours before our food arrived and 3 meals were stone cold.1 burger meal was returned and then delivered back again to someone else at the same table!!! 3)The food menu is average for the area ..nothing special or complicated. 4) we were charged for food items that we didn't order One staff member said that some other customers had left because of the delays. I see that they are open from 9am ..there's no breakfast menu on the menu we were given. Yes it was busy, but if you have seats for a lot of people then you need systems in place to cater for them. Staff training is required.. Would I come back again? Yes I will sometime in the future to see if my experience is different. I will edit this review if my experience is better.. Come on Berutz management you can do better than this. You have an amazing investment here!

Terrible experience — avoid at all costs. We decided to visit this place based on the menu prices listed online, even taking a taxi to get there. Upon arrival, we discovered they were charging nearly double those prices. When we pointed this out, they simply said the prices hadn’t been updated. It only got worse from there. There was hair in our food — absolutely unacceptable. My order was completely forgotten, and only after 15 minutes since my girlfriend had started eating, they informed me about it. We asked to speak with a manager, but there was no one in charge. Staff tried calling him, but he rejected the call. Given everything — the inflated prices, the hair in the food, and not receiving my meal — I politely asked not to pay for the avocado juice and breaded chicken (the only items we received). Instead of showing any understanding, one staff member suggested in a semi-threatening manner that I had to pay. I ended up leaving without eating anything, thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay away. P.S. Do not trust the prices listed online — they are misleading and false.

Terrible experience — avoid at all costs. We decided to visit this place based on the menu prices listed online, even taking a taxi to get there. Upon arrival, we discovered they were charging nearly double those prices. When we pointed this out, they simply said the prices hadn’t been updated. It only got worse from there. There was hair in our food — absolutely unacceptable. My order was completely forgotten, and only after 15 minutes since my girlfriend had started eating, they informed me about it. I have been coming here twice. This restaurant is a cozy place to come, good vibes, love the live music and the people.

1.Last year, I was coming with my family. And I remembered I was ordering a choco lava cake to be takeout. But It took around an hour only to find out that they didn't have any stock to make it. That was so annoying for me. Tonight I was coming again (I was planned to have a dinner in public park to give more space for my daughter to play, but it rained a lot in singaraja). And I found somehow the live music was too loud, and the waiters misheard what I was ordering to. I was ordering a french fries and the guy heard that I was ordering the orange juice. At this rate my wife show her grumpy face, but still there is things need to be improved in taking order process.

I feel the food and beverage were not worth it at some point because (I don't mind with the price, but I was expecting more) : a. I was ordering 2 strawberry squash, and 1 orange juice (by mistake). I think they are put much sugar in it rather than the fruit itself. (Need more improvement) b. I was ordering 1 chicken parmigiana, 1 nasi ayam bakar and 1 bebek goreng. The meat was not cooked so well i found they are a bit stiff. Lucky my baby daughter was hungry so she was ok with it, the sauce (sambel, we believed 90%tomato+10%spices) they need to give more improvement in food and beverage quality! The place is so cozy to come but still, the place is not quite kids friendly at some point in my opinion.

Conclusion. This place is good for you if you are : Smell like a teenager. Looking for a decent entertainment. You are on date.

I would less recommend you to come if : You are with a grumpy pregnant wife. Your wife are complained if her food get contaminated by the smoked (since this place has minimal non smoking area) All people around you expecting a good quality of f&b

P.s : they need to add the washbowl for washing hand on the second floor (just in case.)

Probability to come in future : 15%
