I'm a hotel guest of Anmon, as you know Anmon is just beside Natra resort and that made me try out the dinner this evening. I'm firstly surprised by the efficiency and courtesy of their staff replies through WhatsApp and followed by the warm greeting from all the staff that I walked by upon reaching the restaurant. The restaurant ambience and décor is really fantastic, food variety is wide and they have both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a luxury for recent weather.
Here comes the main reason for this review, Luthfi amazed me with his proficient english and despite being the only service crew on ground, he was very attentive to us, even a small gesture caught his attention easily. Not only that, he's always with his smile throughout the conversation and went extra mile to feed us information out of goodwill. It's really rare nowadays to meet someone like Luthfi especially in the F&B/customer service industry, he's definitely a gem to your company. Keep it going Luthfi! Thank you so much for the pleasant dinner experience,...

Unfortunately despite the warm service and the pleasant atmosphere, the quality of the cooking at this restaurant is far under par. We ate here for two breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner.
The prices on the menu are extortionate - being substantially similar to (sometimes more than) in Singapore, which this resort is a short ferry ride away from. The food is unfortunately much poorer.
What's done well enough is the indonesian food, although I'd argue you could still do better anywhere else on Bintan.
What's done poorly is everything else. We had unevenly cooked steak that was grey and unappetizing, eggs florentine made with lettuce instead of spinach, risotto that tasted like milk powder had been added - the...
Read moreFood was delicious, service was A-star, what you would expect from Marriott, staff were extremely warm and hospitable. We were there for 3 nights, had all meals at the Patio except for one dinner because by the 2nd day’s lunch, many items were sold out and by the 3rd day’s lunch, more than 50% were sold out. No fish fingers, no fish and chips, no tofu wrap, no Caesar salad, no carbonara, no salmon pasta, really quite frustrating but the team still tries their best to serve with a smile. Rather pricey, a bottle of wine cost $120! Marriott Bonvoy members get 10% if you dine there but if you order room service, no 10% discount. Also, inconsistent service with checking with us if we were Marriott members bcos we can collect points when we pay, something we only found out on...
