Bogey's Teras — Restaurant in Sariharjo

Dear Management,

I just visited Bogey's Resto but I got unpleasant attitude from certain staff. Me, my toddler, and my spouse sat in front of the kitchen because we avoided the smokers. We've ordered our meal, and asked the bill. But it turned out it was quite long to wait. I found the staff prioritized to clean the tables (not only 1 table!). We waited again but it didn't come out. Finally, I stood up and walked to the bar, asking where was the bill but the staff hasn't printed it yet.

We paid the bill too. We paid service charge and tax too as mentioned in the menu. Please improve your service to "not hotel guest". We're also your restaurant's guest indeed.

P.S. : Despite of this burden, this resto has excellent level food and beverage. Nachos is very tasty as they have nice...

Wanted to order cake to celebrate my friend's bday, but cake was not ready. Had to wait 1 hour, so I did not order. Then ordered lava cake for replacement. They said had to wait 30min to prepare. Waited more than 30min just to hear the waiter said they didn't have bday candle. Then, when it came to the billing. The bill was wrong. It was not ours. Then I paid the lava cake first since I wanted it separated. And when I wanted to pay for the drink bill, the cashier almost clicked on the wrong table again. Luckily I told her before she printed the bill and there was not even one...

Experience to enjoy and chill here... great ambience in front of golf field. the price a bit pricy but the taste and quality is very good. The service is mirrorring 5 stars hotel . Hopefully...
