Food: Overall their food tasted okay, not bad, not that scrumptious either, with an average price of a restaurant/cafe I believe. The serve hefty amount of portion. Their tteokpokki is surprisingly kinda good, their fishcakes tasted fishy, in a good way. The tteok are also quite chewy. Their spaghetti bolognese sauce is not that good, feels like a canned/instant sauces is being used here(?), but have to say that their chicken is quite juicy, and tender, eventhough the slices are kinda thick. The beef tower on rice is okay, the egg is ok, not well-seasoned. The Patty is allright, not that dry, not that juicy, but not really flavorful. What's kinda unique is the batter they used for their onion rings, the batter is light, and very crispy, unlike other onion rings i've encountered so far, great onion rings!

Service: OMG! Lousy! Servers are polite enough, but during the wait, they flock in groups and chat loudly and laughing almost to the point of hysteria right outside the kitchen, just beside two dining tables. They flock around the front door also. Some customers are downright upset, sending them pointed looks repeatedly, but the waitresses pay no attention whatsoever. There are also many people in the kitchen; cooks, servers, cleaning services; they create hecticness that actually is not needed. My wife suggested ke to try the beef lasagna and I looked forward to it. I suddenly tasted some strange not so fresh beef. I still didnt believe it, I even asked my wife to taste it. Confirmed. We called the waiter to check with the chef, only to receive objection frm the chef who somehow didnt have the same taste. The captain gracefully offerred us not to pay the dish.
