Read moreini bukan kali pertama saya berkunjung dan makan siang di Lombok Idjo Setiabudi, jadi klo untuk rasa makanan, saya pribadi suka dan tdk ada masalah. tapi bru kali ini saya cukup kecewa dn tdk habis pikir dg pelayanan yg ada disini. saya bersama 2 teman saya berniat memesan PENAK 1, 2,5 (paket enak ada varian penak 1,2,3,4,5), di menu disebutkan bahwa penak akan mndapat ayam/udang/ikan, beserta lauk dn sayur, tetapi dikatakan bahwa sayur untuk penak 1 dn 5 habis, tentu saja kami mnanyakan akan diganti sayur apa, waitress mngatakan kami tdk akan mndapat ganti sayur namun porsi dan harga tetap sama.. pdhal penak 2 sayur ada, tapi ttp tdak bisa diganti, dg alasan itu sudah dr manajemen. dikenakannya biaya service lebaran 10%, saya tanya service apa yg kami dapatkan? waitress tdk bs menjawab, hanya bilang tdk tau..teman sy iseng berkata: maksudnya kami harus amal nambah biaya 10% karena lebaran? waitress mengiyakan. arti dari service sendiri adlah layanan, jadi kami tentu saja kami bertanya kami akan mendapatkan layanan apa .. setiap kata" yg ada di restoran pasti akan diperhatikan oleh planggan, alangkah lbih baik untuk menempatkan kata" yg mudah dimengerti bagi para pelanggan seandainya memang ada penambahan harga ..
